R's Healthy Biscuits

125 gm butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 tbspoon vanilla essence
1 egg
1 3/4 cups of self raising flour/ or rice flour + 2 tspoons baking powder
almonds
1 block of chocolate

Combine ingredients and fan bake at 170-180 for 12-14 minutes until lighly golden.
